USPAN Board members play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding activities with in the component (Utah Chapter). The USPAN board members are responsible for:

Education and Outreach: Engage in educational events and initiatives to inform healthcare professionals and nurses about regulatory changes, best practices, and any other relevant issues.
Advocacy: Advocate for the interests of Peri-Anesthesia nurses, working to ensure that healthcare standards are maintained and improved.
Collaboration: Working with other healthcare organizations, professionals, and stakeholders to address broader healthcare issues and enhance the quality of nursing care.
Meetings and Decision-Making: Regular participation in board meetings where decisions regarding nursing regulations, policies, and other matters are discussed and decided upon.
