Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Utah PMHNP license.
• State Controlled Substance & DEA licenses.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ year experience as an NP (TMS experience a plus!).
